1. Definitions
  • Account - A unique account created for you to access the Service.
  • Personal Data - Any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. Examples include your name, email address, phone number and billing details
  • Content - Text, images or other information that may be uploaded, posted or transmitted through the Service.
  • Usage Data - Information collected automatically when you use the Service, such as your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, pages visited and the time spent on those pages.
  • Service Provider - A third-party company or individual that processes data on our behalf, such as payment processors and analytics providers.

    4. Payment Information - Billing address and limited payment card information collected through Stripe when you make payments via the Service. Payment details are processed by Stripe and not stored by SALUS.
    5. Usage Data - IP address, browser type, device type and the pages or features of the Service you interact with.

    We collect Personal Data that you provide directly when you create or modify an Account, schedule appointments, send messages or enter payment information. We also collect Personal Data automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you use the Service.
    Cookies and Tracking Technologies
    We use cookies, web beacons and similar tracking technologies to monitor the activity on our Service and store certain information. Cookies may be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (stay on your device until they expire or you delete them). Cookies help us authenticate users, remember preferences and analyze how the Service is used.     1. To provide and maintain the Service – Including creating Accounts, scheduling sessions, facilitating messaging between Trainers and Clients and processing payments through Stripe.
    2. To manage your Account – To authenticate you and provide access to different features of the Service.
    3. To perform our contractual obligations – Including fulfilling transactions for products or services purchased via the Service.
    4. To communicate with you – To send confirmations, reminders, support messages and administrative announcements.
    5. To provide marketing – To send you news, special offers or updates about our products and services that may be similar to those you have already purchased or inquired about, unless you opt out.
    6. To improve our Service – To analyze usage trends and evaluate and improve our offerings, marketing and user experience.
    7. For legal and security purposes – To comply with legal obligations, protect our rights or the rights of others, and prevent fraud or abuse of the Service.
    4. Legal Basis for Processing (European Economic Area)

    The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us so that we can delete the information.

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top.
